This was a special project. My friend Nygel Stevenson commissioned this frame for his fabulous Alice in Wonderland themed cafe, Madhatters, in Kimberley. I was given free reign on the design on the undertstanding that it would be vibrant. He loved the result!
I was asked to come up with a way of displaying tax discs to go in a car themed ‘man cave’ and this was the result.
This antique map of Nottinghamshire was given a simple, elegant treatment with an off white mount and an ebony and black frame.
It is always a pleasure to frame something as visually strong and vibrant as this fabulous limited edition film poster.
The client chose a simple black frame with a wood grain effect and a contrasting double mount. He was delighted with the result which I believe compliments the striking poster beautifuly.

This rugby shirt, signed by Lawrence Dallaglio, was framed at short notice the week before Christmas. I’m sure you’ll agree that the choice of this simple oak frame, finished with a micro-crystalline wax, sets off this treasured memento beautifully.
Last week I was entrusted with the job of framing a signed Nottingham Forest shirt commemorating their 1980 European Cup Final win at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, Madrid where they beat Hamburg 1-0. This was a special 60th birthday present so I went all out to make sure that the frame and shirt looked as good as they possibly could. I am pleased to say the family were delighted with the job.
Awarded in 1932 this diploma in its elegant new frame and double mount would make an attractive feature in any kitchen.
